When choosing a semi custom home build, you are electing to utilize one of our ready to build homes. This allows us to keep you on budget, as well as fast track the design process. With this type of build, you will have four to five choices on various finishes, colors, etc to choose from. These homes are generally under $350,000.
When choosing a fully custom home, we will work with you to complete a custom design. You can bring us an online plan, a scribbled drawing on a napkin, or a general idea of what you want, and we will assist you in finalizing the design of your dream home and turning it into a reality. These homes are slightly higher on square footage cost and generally have more upgrades than semi custom homes.
